Method 1. Using Command Prompt (Administrator)

Open the Command Prompt (Administrator).

If you want to stop your hosted network, then simply type the following command in the command prompt.

Sharing the Network

From the search bar, search for "View Network Connection" and press Enter to open it.

Under the "Sharing" tab, check (select) the "Allow other users to connect through this computer's Internet Connection" option.

If you are a beginner and don't want to work using Command Prompt (Cmd). Don't worry, by using the System Settings, you can easily set up the Mobile (Wi-Fi) Hotspot to share your Internet of your Windows PC with others. Follow the below instructions to proceed.

Step 1

Open the System Settings. (Alternatively, you can open the "System Settings" by pressing the "Windows + I" key).

Click on the "Network & Internet" option to proceed.

Step 3

Click on the "Mobile Hotspot" option.

First, you have to click on the "Edit" button to configure the Mobile (Wi-Fi) hotspot network name and password.
